Business okay so this is going to be an Offer that you might call it like a true Fans offer is a really nice name that I'll use from time to time for it but This is where you're going to work with 10 20 30 maybe 40 people a year Depending on the price point depending On how big you want to grow depending on A couple of factors and and it's those Particulars that we really help our Clients with and you're going to charge Anywhere from five to 50k but these are Going to be your your smaller inner ring Of people who you know have previously Read all your content watched all your Content consumed all your content they Really buy into your way of doing things They like your methodologies they like Your approach they like your style and They want to have access to you in order To learn from you directly have Proximity access to all your resources All those kind of things okay as you get A little bit more advanced you could Actually stack offers here so it could Be for people at a certain level you Could have say a 10K offer and people Who are slightly more advanced at more Of a Mastery level you could have say a Thirty thousand dollar offer it doesn't Really matter it's just we want Something in this price range because What happens is as we create content as We roll out other offers that we're
Going to talk about in a second we want A place where all of those roads can Lead to okay so for a real world example You can head to jacobcaris.com and You'll see my inner circle that's my Example of this offer in my own business Right like we do what we what we teach And so my small group of people that I Work with day in and day out is my VIP In a circle and all the details about That all right the website okay and Through running that and building that And refining it as well as a bunch of Other things we've really dialed in the Parameters of what we want this offer to Look like and this is what we help our Clients build okay we want this to be an Offer that you can ideally Run in under Five hours per week and that's why we Call it a highly leveraged offer okay And that's pretty crazy if you do the Math right so let's say let's say you Priced yours at twenty thousand dollars Right and that could be for a 12 month Arrangement we'll we'll touch on the Timeline in a second that's 200 Grand a Year if you just sign up 10 people right That's that's pretty cool you get to Work with 10 of your very very best People from your audience and make an Extra 200 Grand a year right what if it Was just 40 people right again if your Audience grows and you've got ten Thousand fifteen thousand twenty
Thousand people in your audience 40 People right so it's a small fraction of The very very best people who want Access to you regardless of what Niche You're in doesn't matter they want Access to you what you know your Strategies they want your insights your Wisdom your leadership your guidance What if you've got 40 people in right The numbers start to get really really Really really really crazy the cool Thing too is that when you work with These people closely and you get them Good results they'll want to extend for Multiple years so let's say let's say You put a target of you want 20 people In this program right if you do a good Job come here too you're not going to Need another 20 right you might only Need another 10 if say half drop off and So the number of people that you need is Really really really really low once you Fill up this program okay so that's the First one is we want to be able to sell It in under five hours per week to get That really high leverage in the Business okay and you can do this by you Know still ensuring everyone gets their Questions answered it's about how you Structure the offer it's about the rules And the boundaries that you put in place When you're rolling out the offer and It's it's just making sure that you that You stick to it there's nothing wrong
With wanting that leverage in your Business okay the second thing is we Want to be able to sell it with a PDF Document in chat okay so about 18 months Ago longer now coming up on two years we Ditched sales calls Um rather what we do is we let people Consume our free content they might go Through a front-end offer we're going to Talk about that in a second and then Once they've had that experience where This be it free or paid people will Reach out or we might identify people in Our audience that we want to work with And we'll simply make them an invitation Okay Sim this document's typically going To be somewhere between 6 and 10 pages And all it is is really just outlining Here's what we're going to do together Here's what's included here's what's not Included here's how long it's going to Go for think of it think of an Invitation for a party right it has the Particulars of what that event's all About when it is where it is when you Need to RSVP buy is there a theme do you Need to bring anything can you bring a Plus one so it's the parameters for the Event right and that's essentially what We outline in this PDF document and when People have gone through the relevant Process in advance that we're going to Talk about in steps two and three in a Second they that's all they need right
And the reason that we want to sell it This way is because it's really Congruent with the people that we want To work with Okay in this smaller back End program you're you're kind of inner Circle of of just your best folks you Want them really really really really Really really really aware in terms of How you do things in terms of your Personal style right your beliefs you Need to be really aligned because what That's going to do is it's going to Create an awesome group of just the Right people what I see is people are Rolling out these programs and then they Do this arm twisting and hardcore Selling and trying to convince people to Join and then they end up with a group Of people that they really don't want to Work with all the energy is out of whack And it's just it's crap right and so if We can't just send them an invitation to Work together they're probably not sold Enough yet doesn't mean we can't sell Them something but they're not the right People for this in a ring type offer Where we're going to be working really Closely with the clients Okay the third Thing we want to do is we want to be Able to stack High ticket continuity Okay and this is where the price point Starts to become important all right so For example you could have a six month Program right typically this this offer
Here that we're talking about is a six To 12 month type Arrangement you could Have a six-month program that could be a Thousand dollars a month or someone Could pay you 5K one time so you offer Them a little bit of a discount if they Pay up front but if they want to stretch It out over the six months you could do A thousand dollars a month so what You're starting to do there is Stack Up High ticket continuity and this is one Of the key things that we try to help Our clients do is start the month at Five grand ten Grand 20 grand 30 grand 40 Grand rather than ending the month There right if you start the month at 40 You might end up at 80. you've only got To sell another 40 because half of it's Already locked in right so we want that Security that you don't have to start From zero every single month and this Comes down to the pricing strategy Relative to the overall price uh an Overall price tag that you're going to Put on the program okay like I mentioned Typically going to be a six to 12 month Deal obviously you can play around with Those parameters but we want to be Working with people for the longer term And ideally this is just the first part Of it so it's just the first six months It's just the first 12 months ideally we Want people continuing for a second year And a third year and a fourth year
Because it just makes the business way More enjoyable you need less people you Get to go deeper with your clients you Get to build stronger relationships it's Just a lot more fun in my experience Okay and then the last component is the Core infrastructure in order to bring This together okay the first thing you Need is a community where you're going To bring all of these clients together Okay it could be 10 people 20 people 30 40 30 people 40 people 50 people we just Want a place to bring all these people Together it could be as simple as a Facebook group or it could be another Platform like Circle or like Mighty Networks if you want to get a little bit More fancy but Facebook groups they work Fine right the second element is Coaching okay and this could be either Group or one-to-one or a combination of Both okay the one pillar that we Recommend that people have here is a Weekly call where you you bring all the People from the group together okay then If you want to do one-to-one in addition To that if you want to have some other Support channels in addition to that That's fine but as a baseline we Recommend having a weekly Zoom call that Goes for about 90 minutes okay for me This happens on a Thursday morning with My inner circle folks it's Wednesday Night for most of them and it works
Really well we have a blast people enjoy It they share what's going on we might Go over a central topic for the week Based on something I'm seeing in the Market based on questions that have Popped up based on an experiment or or Something that we're seeing working Really well within our own business or Within another client's business and Then that'll flow into a general q a Discussion and we make sure that we're Helping people overcome whatever Challenges it is that they're facing at Any given point in time and then the Third component is a course or Supplementary information that sits Alongside the group and and the coaching Okay and there's two different paths That you can take here you can either Have an A to Z type course which is like A set curriculum where it's a part from Like where you are now to where you want To be or it can be more of a vault style Right where it's a kind of a compilation Of resources that will ultimately assist People in moving from where they are to Where they want to be and that's going To depend on you know the the goal of The program or what your the promise of The program the hook of the program what You're ultimately selling okay so They're the two different parts you can Take in terms of the information and That's all you need in order to get your
Offer live Okay the reason we start There and the reason that's bigger on The screen is because all roads lead There okay that's at the back end of the Business like I said start with one Eventually you could stack two depending On if you want to have different groups That are at different levels or Different Focus but all roads are going To lead there for the business so that's Why we get that in place some people Don't have that yet when they come to us So it'll be building a new offer some People have existing offers and it might Be revamping them or restructuring them Slightly to fit Within These parameters Okay but you want something or or two Offers in that range on the the back end Of the business that's the first step The second step we now shift our Focus To the front end of the business and This is content okay so you're currently Watching this video on YouTube or it Could be embedded somewhere else we Create a ecosystem of video content Written content audio content and we Have strategies and and tactics that get A lot of Leverage out of that content Creation okay but what we ultimately Want to help our our clients do is is Create a a Cadence in their content Where they're Distributing across Different Platforms in a way that they Enjoy and isn't you know egregious in
Terms of the time commitment and we want It to ultimately achieve three things One we want it to build awareness of the Brand okay so this could be your first Time watching one of my videos or Consuming any of my content maybe the Video got recommended to you on YouTube And this is our very very first Interaction okay so that would be a tick That this piece of content is achieving That purpose okay but you could also be Somebody who follows along actively with My stuff maybe you're already a client Right in that case we're looking at Those second and third items there which Is one we want to grow the Brand's Reputation right so I want people who Watch a video to leave knowing more About me and what we do and how we help People than when they started watching The video right that's their reputation That's the depth of knowledge about me And the brand and the business okay so You know I'm walking you through here Our three-step plan that we help our Clients with if you've not seen this Before or maybe you've only seen parts Of it you're going to leave knowing well That's how Jacob helps people okay so That's that that's that reputation right This also flows into the next one which Is pre-selling your signature offer okay We're getting a little bit meta here but But hopefully this will make sense my
Signature offer is my inner circle right That that's where I help people Implement this and so me sharing this Plan with you if this is appealing to You maybe today in a month in three Months in six months in 12 months you Might say hey I'd like Jacob's help with That and you're going to be more aware About what we do inside program because You've seen this video okay so that's Pre-selling you've got your sales Process and then you've got what happens Before your sales process the more Educated people are when they enter your Sales process the easier that sale will Become all right and now the three Things that we want our content to Achieve uh when we put it out into the World at whatever you know routine or Cadence that that looks like okay and so If we just pause there for a second with Steps one and two what we've created is The back end of the business which is That the main monetization vehicle be That you know one offer or two offers in That 5K to 50K range and step two we've Got the content and that sits on the Front end Okay so we've got these two Pillars that sit at the front and the Back of the business all right now we Could stop there right we could just Create our content that builds awareness Grows our reputation and pre-sells our Signature offer we generate inbound or
Do outbound marketing and we invite People up into our main program or Programs we could just do that okay and We have clients that just do that and we Go through phases is where we just do That but from time to time right Depending on how aggressive you want to Be depending on what you're ultimately Trying to achieve depending on your Results depending on how many buyers you Have coming to you the size of your Audience depending on a number of Factors we've got this third step where We work with people on running campaigns Launches promos pre-sales of anywhere From a three day to a one month what we Call buyer extraction campaigns okay and So this is where we will run something Like a live masterclass right or you Might pre-sell a new course that you're Going to create or you might do a JV Promo with someone else in your industry Okay the goal here is one you get a bit Of cash influx which you can use to run The business reinvest in marketing Reinvest in mentorship or you know buy Yourself something nice the goal number Two is to actually extract buyers from The audience that we can then invite up To our main offer right so remember at The start I was talking about we build Relationships with people through our Free content and through our paid Content that's these front end offers
That I'm talking about here you can see A bunch of our Evergreen ones if you go To jacobcast.com a lot of those were Done as live launchers or promos when we First created them okay and so what our Clients get access to is all the Different campaigns and strategies and Tactics that we've run over the journey In building up my business and my brand And working with other clients to Extract buyers from the audience help Them achieve a result depending on what The product is and then we Ascend them Up to the main backend program or Programs okay and this third one you can Ratchet it off and on as you see fit Right so if you just want to keep things Really simple if you're in a really busy Period in your life or whatever we just Don't feel like running your campaign Just don't do it create your content Invite people to work with you create Your content invite people to work with You okay that can be your you know your Normal operating mode maintenance mode And then you might hit a new month and You go right I want to do a big Promotion in December we're going to Launch this new thing we're going to run A deal on this we're going to create This bundle we're going to do this JV With someone else in the industry Whatever right that's what we do in Phase three but the goal isn't Golf and
